Adventures of Homer!

We made it to Homer safe and sound. The drive wasn't as bad as I had expected. The pass was nice and dry. Which was good because we didn't leave until about seven at night. It's amazing how much light we have been gaining now, we don't really realize. Alaskans just complain and complain about the cold, the snow, the darkness. We never realize when the light begins to return.

We spent time with my mom. Enchilandas, my fav, the first night and Fat Olive's the next. The adventures began with Nick deciding to clean out the drain in the bathroom, earning lots of brownie points. After we head over to Nick's to raid his old room for cool stuff. We came up with some old overalls and cool winter caps and visiting the puppies was great. Stela's huge! We also watched alot of TV! It was great to just relax and enjoy not doing anything. Tomorrow, we head to the road again. It was just another adventurous of 'little Miss Jenna.

Well, here we go again....finally I have something to put on and will be letting people familar with me know that I've made a blog! So, I've made progress and it began during Spring Break. Nick and I decided to adventure down the highway, to head home for the week. The road trip began with a drive to the snowy town of Girdwood for some snowboarding!The resort wasn't as busy as we had thought, which was a relief. It took us a while to get to Girdwood the first day and was pasted snowboarding time so we ended up just hanging out at the hotel. Ate some great food, bit spendy but worth it, hit the tub and got dunk a few times by Nick in the pool. He thought it was funny, my ears didn't though!

The next day we hit the slopes to do some boarding. It was great! Exhausting, but great! Girdwoods a really fun place to relax. I wish I would of got some more senic pictures, but I was a little distracted by being lazy. We spent alot of time in our room watching the animal planet and law and order!! We dont have satelite at home so I was kinda cool. It was another andventure of 'little miss Jenna and her lover boy Nick......to be continued......

My First Post

Today is the first day...an attempt to generate alittle insight into my life and hopefully entertain. This event was inspired by a wonderfully interesting and loving family. Which I have a joy of reading about every chance I get! This spot is also a attempt to start to document, one might say, my life. Being awful at journaling, I'm still optimistic that I may keep it going.
Today was also the day, that I tried to think back, not very far, just the last couple years of the happy moments I've had. The scary thing about this was it was hard. Pictures flash through my mind, but dont match with moments. So this blog will also be an attempt to start taking more pictures, so I may match them with moments and share them with the people of the world. Specifically, the onces who care about little ole' miss jenna.
